We’re thrilled to be bringing Sol Rising back to the Bay Area for a live yoga set and to close out the day with an ecstatic dance experience. His music adds an incredible layer of energy and connection to the festival, helping create a powerful container for movement, joy, and community.

A thoughtfully curated gathering of yoga, movement, dance, local wellness, and community connection.

Alameda Yoga + Wellness Festival is a celebration of movement, connection, and the vibrant wellness community that makes the East Bay such a special place.

Move your body, explore local wellness offerings, connect with practitioners, enjoy great food, and soak up the good vibes.

This festival is produced by Yoga Amansala in collaboration with local wellness leaders, reflecting our shared commitment to creating inclusive, grounded spaces and strengthening a community rooted in wellness.

12:50 PM - 1:40 PM Soulful Flow w/Shawnte

2:00 PM - 4:00 PM Ecstatic Dance with Sol Rising

4:15 PM - 5:00 PM Closing Yoga Session w/Heather (Left Coast Power Yoga)
